Our Company's Presentation Topic: "Manufacturing and Processing of Plastic Components for Special Separation Spiral Wound Membranes"

Adhering to the theme of "Finding materials for membranes, finding membranes for materials, and strengthening the industrial chain," the 3rd Technology Forum on Separation Membranes and Raw Materials (2024) was successfully held during the Beijing Water Expo. More than 100 guests attended the event.

Mr. Zheng Genjiang, Chairman of the China Membrane Industry Association and President of the Raw Materials Subcommittee, delivered the opening speech. 

The forum featured 14 technical presentations from membrane companies, domestic and international membrane materials companies, and membrane equipment manufacturers. Our company was invited to attend this forum and presented a special report titled "Manufacturing and Processing of Plastic Components for Special Separation Spiral Wound Membranes." As a representative enterprise in the field of membrane core component manufacturing, we shared our practical experience in manufacturing plastic components for spiral-wound membranes, particularly in the production of multi-purpose membrane modules and key plastic components, such as PSU polysulfone central tubes, end caps, connectors, ABS central tubes, end caps, connectors, as well as sealing rings and corrugated feed spacers.

Following the forum, the 3rd Meeting of the First Council of the Raw Materials Subcommittee and the 2nd Working Meeting of the First Expert Committee of the Raw Materials Subcommittee were held. The attending council members and expert committee members actively shared their thoughts and suggestions on the activities of the subcommittee this year and the work direction for next year. 

Our company's presentation received widespread attention. Through this forum, we showcased our technical capabilities and engaged in in-depth exchanges with many industry peers, driving further development in the industry. Moreover, this participation provided a valuable opportunity to expand our market reach and enhance our brand influence. In the future, we will continue to focus on the production of membrane parts, serving membrane enterprises, and contributing to the technological advancement of the separation membrane industry.
